Blessing of the Animals

The Blessing of the Animals was celebrated today, St. Francis Day, as a part of the Rocl Shrimp Festival in St. Marys. The Revs. Verdell Griffin, Gabe Cummings and I led the brief service during which all the pets were blessed. Thanks to Madonna Marx and the Camden County Humane Society for sponsoring the event.
