Irenic Thoughts

Irenic. The word means peaceful. This web log (or blog) exists to create an ongoing, and hopefully peaceful, series of comments on the life of King of Peace Episcopal Church. This is not a closed community. You are highly encouraged to comment on any post or to send your own posts.

Troop 226 at Camp

Our own Boy Scout Troop is also at summer camp this week with 25 boys and leaders having made the trip to North Carolina. They have set up a blog of their camp experience which is at t226-summercamp.blogspot.com So while life goes on as usual at King of Peace with the day school busy as usual and our regular worship services, Narcotics Anonymous and the like, there are six of us up at camp at Honey Creek and another 25 at camp in North Carolina. It's a full week of ministry for our church, making memories that will last the teens a lifetime.

I loved reading this blog! The writing was engaging and the information was super helpful. Thank you for sharing. Nextwave's STEM Summer Camp in New York City provides an intensive and stimulating experience for youngsters interested in science, technology, engineering, and maths.
